Somehow find myself back here every few years and lose a few hours reading the great work here.
Cadden & Cazzik: "Dawn of Darkness" is great. I remember reading a lot of it a few years ago. I cannot believe you're still at it.
Glad to see "The Enemy of My Enemy" is still going. That was just picking up the last time I logged on. Wonderful stuff.
Didn't get all the way through "Being Trodden On" yet, but loving it so far.
Anyway, I hope all of you are doing well. That this community is still alive and strong is a testament to what you've created here. Keep writing so I can wander back here in a few years to reminisce and rediscover my love for the universe you're creating.
But on a more serious note, thanks, man, and glad to see you still lingering. Unfortunately, Dawn of Darkness is predominately a solo show, now, hosted by yours truly, and serves more as a background thread than an active goingson thread like it once was.
If you ever get the time (as it seems to get more and more limited the older we get), it'd be cool to see you back to RPing again.
You have a right to remain silent... I hope to God you use it.

Thanks! (I'm sure Pryde, Halomek, and Beorht thank you, too.) If you're reading the original (now on the Stories board), the "updated" version (on the Exodus Galaxy board) is going to have a lot of the original content (especially since Beorht quit), but it's (hopefully) going to be more consistent with the characters.

Well, considering that I neglected to announce my ten-year anniversary earlier this month, and most of you have been here a lot longer than me... a really, really long time.
Ya Sony boards... I was in there the first couple of days, been here ever since. Can it really be 13 years? I thought it was closer to 15? Man my memory is going. Need to ask Nich how to deal with old age...

LucasArts officially announced the brand name of the game to be Star Wars Galaxies on November 29, 2000.[9] The announcement claimed the first round of testing was expected to start in late 2001 which would push back the official release date to an unknown time. The game's official information site was launched on November 30, in conjunction with SOE and featured frequently asked questions about the game and message boards fielded by members of the development team.[10]
November of 2000 would mark almost 14 years ago. So there you have it. (I, too, thought it was closer to 15....)

You used to scare me Nich, now I just look on you with sympathy for thinking you could catch me or swing that cane fast enough to do anything but ruffle a few hairs.
